The Pine Express Christmas Tree Train is a decorative product that
requires assembly and attachment to a Christmas tree. It is the
customer's responsibility to assemble and install the product safely
according to the provided instructions. Adult supervision is required.
This product may contain small parts and is not suitable for young
children without supervision. We are not liable for injury, damage, or
loss resulting from improper assembly, installation, or use.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account
